  Worst place ever!!! No I understand things do happen but when everyone around you is complaining it can't just be a coincidence. Mine and my wife's plates were dirty then we over heard a waiter complaining that other plates were dirty. I ordered cheese fries and didn't receive the cheese. Another party acrossed from use we're missing Cheese on there sandwich. The party behind use completely got the wrong order.

  This is my 2nd time coming to this location to eat with my husband. Now my 1st visit was great the food, service, and server Argene made my dinning experience beyond great for my first time. So my husband wanted to go today and we ended up with the same server Argene and to my surprise she remember us so we knew that we were in great hands. She even remembered what me and my husband order last time and asked if we wanted the same order from last time. I said yes because their T-Bone steak and shrimp was everything and exactly what I wanted and my husband switch his order slightly to 2 butter milk pancakes, ham, hash brown and scrambled eggs. She put our order in and after about 15 minutes she stopped by our table to let us know that she was going to check on our order because she said our food should be done, she shortly returned to our table letting us know that the cooks just let her know that there wasn't any shrimp and she was sorry and if i wanted a menu to see if i wanted anything else. I was a little upset because i enjoyed their shrimp so much last time lol. I decided to order their tilapia, which she let me know there wouldn't be any extra charge which I thank her. My food came out first and my steak was bleeding which I order a well done, the tilapia was raw, hash brown were burnt, which she fixed immediately for me and my husband. She apologized and said that she would have her manger Cassandra well stop up to speak with us. Which in about 2 minutes she stop by our table and apologized as well and stated that our server Argene explained the problems with out food and offered to give us credit. Which we weren't even looking for and appreciated the offered. Because of the amount of attention they gave us is the reason we well continue to eat here. Next time hopefully it's better. Thanks Argene and Cassandra

  I give it a three star. It was my first time eating at Denny's. The food was ok, even though It was a bit cold. I expected from a Diner take their time warming up the food properly for the customers. I hope my next visit will be better than the first.
