  I had just moved in and attempted to place a big order for ourselves and all the movers who helped. When I called a woman with a nasty attitude answered. I asked if I could place a delivery order, she goes "ugggghhhh" Followed by a long silence. I ask her if that's ok. She says "well it's gonna be at least an hour so idk" I tell her it's a pretty big order so I was already under the impression it would take awhile, she responds "what do you want". Took the business elsewhere, won't be back. After reading the reviews I can see the customer service here is lacking. I mean people are complaining about delivery times and the owner responds telling them they offer takeout too. LMAO, what kind of response is that? How about improving your delivery time? Or not offering the service at all if you can't handle it. No, let the poor delivery guy deal with all these angry people instead then tell them to come pick it up next time when they complain. Perhaps your takeout service is wonderful, I will never know because of that awful woman who answered my phone call.
