  Restaurant Week is a great time to get new patrons into your restaurant, especially if it's new and in downtown Waterbury. 92 Bank did not put its best foot forward. The restaurant has a very nice interior. We were greeted and seated and given the regular menu. We were not provided the special restaurant week menu until we requested it. Aren't you supposed to be promoting your restaurant through the special fixed price menu?? We had previewed the menu before and were anxious to try the steak dish. Once given the menu we were told they were out of two of the soups and that they had run out of the steak. We inquired if there was another beef substitution but were told no... they were out of steak. Funny as we were leaving the owner inquired about our meal and he was eating...yes... Steak! We then inquired about the chicken dish... was it boneless... yes it was per the waiter. When it arrived, there was a bone and it certainly did not live up to what one thought the taste would be from the menu description. The soup we received was good but lukewarm, the salad was good. Dessert
  was limited because they had run out of options and had 1 peanut butter dessert left and the only other option was a pumpkin dessert.
  Our waiter Carl was EXCELLENT and tried to make up for all the food issues. This restaurant could have potential but I don't think we are running back there quickly.

  Out of business as they should be. Poor management. Anything Joshua Angelus is involved with is poorly managed. Awful food and poor service. No clue how to run a restaurant.
